Exclusively Fixed Fees

We align our success with yours. By employing a fixed fee agreement, we avoid the conflict of interest most search firms create, particularly when assessing and comparing “high priced” vs. “low priced” candidates.  Our fee is agreed upon at the outset of the search and does not increase, regardless of the final compensation package you offer the executive you hire.

Unmatched Focus

Large search firms have regrettably focused on their own financial success at the expense of serving their client’s needs, putting their emphasis on volume and business development activities.  This has lead to the typical search consultant carrying a load of 10 or more assignments concurrently.  With a different structure and less overhead, we have a hard and fast policy of working on no more than 4 assignments at any one time.  We are not aware of any other search firm or individual who has had the courage to do so.
