Our client is the world leader in a variety of high end sports products. They operate a global manufacturing and sales operation but had operated their information systems in a somewhat casual fashion Under new ownership the company leaders concluded they needed both more rigor in their existing systems as well as expanded capability to accomodate their growing global operations. We recruited an individual who had led a variety of global IT initiatives with much larger companies, as well as serving as a divisional CIO for a number of global divisions at his former employer.
